CrossFit Reaction along with Furman University will be hosting a USA Weightlifting Level I Certification on June 9th and 10th. It will be held on the Campus of Furman University located in Greenville, SC.
The cost is $395 and will cover the course and all martials as well as a one year membership in USAW.

End of The Open Cookout!
Let’s celebrate the end of the Open (whether you competed or not) and the beginning of Spring! It’s time to get ready for our next season. With the revision of the gym– It’s time we relax get together for a BBQ.
