ii. 2 Sets:

– 5x 3-Second Pause Squats

– 5x Single Arm Thruster (L/R)

– 5x Burpee No Push Up

iii. Movement prep

Conditioning

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Teams of 3

AMRAP 25:

40 Pull-Ups

50 Bar facing burpees

60 Thrusters (95/65)
Rx + Add (20/10) pounds each round and C2B Pull Ups
