WOD II (Minute 16-24 )

50 Points Male    50 Points Female 

8 Minutes to build to a heavy clean and snatch

Scoring:Heaviest lift in the snatch and clean are added together to make up your total.

*One male (45lbs) and one female bar (35lbs) per team.
