The CrossFit Classes meet in a group that ranges in size from 5-15 people depending on the day and time of the class. The class starts with a group warm-up lead my the instructor. The instructor than goes over all the movements with the group and make correction where needed. This ensure safety and proper form. The class environment help foster community and friendly competition.These classes are designed for intermediate to advanced athletes.
One-on-one coaching is a great way for a client to get the individual attention some people desire. It is also a great starting point for clients who looking for one-on-one coaching. This is also a great option for those clients that want some extra person attention outside of set class times. You can pay per hour or buy package for those who want more longer term training.

Program design is for the client who has a very specific training goal in mind. He or she might be training for anything from the CrossFIt Games to a 5k Run or even a specific sport. The client will receive workout weekly via email and perform the workouts on there own. They client does not have to be a member of CFR. This is for the person who strives on direction and structure in a training program. This is a commitment on both ends and there needs to be a clean training goal.
