5 High-Hang Muscle Cleans

Metcon (Weight)

EMOM 20:00

Even: 10 Hang Power Clean

Odd: 10 Bar facing burpee
You choose weight. Something moderately challenging, try to go UB sets if you can.

Accessory Work

Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM 10:00

Even: 40s Weighted Plank Hold/ Chinese Plank

Odd: Max Hanging L-Hold (add weight if possible)
